Overview

Call transcriptions, AI sentiment, and full recordings can now be inserted from 3CX.

By default, call recordings and summaries are only logged in the “Emails and Activities” details section (After you click “Read more”), which will show like this:

If required (e.g. for automations), you can also add columns to a) the Activities board, and b) the CDR board to capture this information to columns for further processing.

Column names

In the video, we reference specific column names that should be used, here are the columns that can be added:

Call transacroption transcription_3cx 3CX transcription If call transcription is enabled in 3CX, this will contain the first 2,000 characters of a conversation
Call summary summary_3cx 3CX Summary If call summary generation is enabled in 3CX, this will contain the call summary
Recording recording_3cx 3CX Recording If call recordings are enabled in 3CX, this will contain the recording download link
Sentiment sentiment_3cx 3CX Sentiment If call sentiment generation is enabled in 3CX, this will contain the call sentiment
