Does the app integrate with monday.com service management?
At the time of writing, the app does not integrate with monday.com service management, since the monday.com API does not support this functionality just yet. We are expecting this to become available in the future.
Aircall functions
Contact syncing
The app is designed such that monday.com should be your primary store of contacts. The app then has a 2-way sync which is designed to minimise the risk of data loss.
Contacts created in configured boards will be synced to your Aircall shared contacts, but contacts created in Aircall will not be synced to monday.com.
When a contact is created by monday.com, changes to it will be synced to the corresponding contact in Aircall. For contacts created by monday.com, changes in Aircall will also be synced back.
When a contact is deleted by monday.com, the corresponding contact in Aircall will also be deleted, but if the contact is deleted in Aircall, it will not be deleted in monday.com.
The app will sync based on the following fields:
- Name (first name and last name)
- Phone
The following fields will be synced, but changes will not cause a re-sync:
- Company
- Monday item url
n.b. for the email/phone fields, the app will only sync the primary email/phone number from Aircall since the monday.com columns only support a single value. If you have multiple email/phone numbers, you will need to set the main number as the primary in Aircall.

Security
Is the app secure?
The app is hosted in a secure monday.com provided environment and developed to industry best security practices. All data is secured to a monday.com account and does not leave the monday.com environment.
Billing
I don’t have many users, can I have a discount?
Capable Koala’s minimum pricing is for up-to 50 users in a monday.com account at present because the majority of the work on our side goes in to providing the service for at least 1 user (setup, support & maintenance is effectively the same for 1 or 100 users). We need to charge enough that we can provide a high quality service and support to our customers.
We do automatically offer a 17% discount for users who pay yearly.
Can I extend my trial?
