Calls are not showing in the call data record (CDR) board

If you only have the demo calls showing in the CDR board, but the app is configured and you want to see real calls, you need to make sure that the app has the correct permissions to access the 3CX API.

All calls show as being from the same user

In the events and activities for each user, as well as the events table and CDR board, all “events and activities” and items will show as being from the user who configured the app.

Unfortunately a limitation of monday.com at the moment - all created activities appear as being by the user who authenticated the app (you in this case) rather than from the app (as we would prefer). We anticipate that monday.com is going to add the ability for the data to appear as being from the app in the future.

For the time being, this is a limitation of the app.
