The Capable 3CX Integration app can be used to create rich, interactive org charts from your monday data and share it with your team, as well as exporting for use in presentations etc.

- Set up one or more of the features below
Phone number prefixer feature
In 3CX, calls to numbers starting with prefix field in 3CX’s outbound rules can be used to route calls based on the prefix of the number dialed.
For rules you have setup in 3CX, you can set up the number prefixer feature in monday so that when you click to dial a number, it’s already prefixed and ready to call.
This can be useful if you have multiple monday.com boards for different brands/clients which have different rules.
